We are a non-profit organization, of general interest and oriented to the legal protection and support of people with mental illness in Bizkaia in the exercise of their legal capacity, as well as their families.
We defend the rights of people with mental illness in Bizkaia, exercising the guardianship functions determined judicially and accompany families in the provision of support.
Our purpose is the exercise or development of guardianship functions and others related to the promotion and defense of the legal capacity and rights of people with mental illness in Bizkaia.
We believe that trust is built through clarity in our actions and decisions, which is why we openly share key information about our management, ethics and performance.
Since our inception, every step has been a step towards a better future. With each achievement, we reaffirm our dedication to building a more inclusive, compassionate and conscious society, where no one faces their struggle alone.
